Which is the best film school where I can get a Certificate in California?

I really need your help because I need to know which film school is the best for a Certificate, that is all I can afford, even though a Master's would be my dream come true...

I would love to go to one that is full time and is a hands on experience. Directing is my main goal...

May be you can't tell me which one is the best... but I would appreciate if you told me if you have heard of one that is particularly good.

It is owned & operated by Dov S-S Simens, he is rather abrupt in his presentation style, but I found straight, honest & realistic.

Here's bottom-line: No Diploma & no Certificate will get you a job in Hollywood.

I should know. I have them framed and on my office's wall next to my $200,000 USC Diploma and Dov's is better.
