Question About international Film programs (SAE Institute)

I was wondering peoples opinions on going to a film program abroad as opposed to someplace like LA where the market is mainly centered...Also, if anyone has Heard of the SAE institute, and can inform me of their credibility or lackthereof, thanks alot

Its a good time to consider international film programs, especially in Asia. Have you heard about the International Academy of Film and Television in Cebu, Philippines?
