Film can be about anything you want.
Film can be used for propoganda, it can be used to "teach" moral or ethics or whatever you want.
It can be entertainment pure and simple
It can be sexual and visceral.
It can be anything whether it is art or entertainment or a teaching tool.

p.s. A_simon, there's a reason film is usually considered the "Entertainment" industry. It's not a teaching industry.
