John Singleton is the man if you ask me... he doesnt get much credit that I see but his movies always have that "feeling" to them like you can connect to his films very easily. CHeck out 4 Brothers that film IMO look just amazing. Plus Poetic Justice and Boyz N the Hood... my favorite Director would prob have to be Shyamalan tho... whether or not you like his scripts you have to give the guy credit because his films are shot beautifully! Gotta give Props to Speilburg, Tarentino, Eli Roth, and Chris Nolan too
