With the amount of composers out there (and here) willing to do music for your film for free I don't see why you'd need to use the royalty free stuff, but there are sites - just search google.

Try soundclick.com too, a lot of the composers there will let you use their stuff. Also, a lot of composers who post work on their site will let you use their demos and such, so email them.

OR you could just ask me to score your film!
