Uhhh... No. Get some of those very powerful battery powered lantern style flashlights. Or talk to a lighting place, they might have battery powered stuff. Or, get a generator. Or film it, au natural. -Chris Studentfilms.com | | | | Posts: 2508 | Location: Los Angeles, CA U.S.A | Registered: October 30, 2002 |

| You can buy an adapter that fits into your car's cigarette lighter, but it will probably only allow you to have no more than 500W worth of lights. Why not shoot at dusk? You can probably get in 20 minutes of shooting a day that will pass of as nighttime, but will not require lighting.

| Cmon people! Think old school! Shoot during the day with direct sunlight, then edit brightness, contrast and white balance levels to make it look nighttime and turn the sun into moonlight! | | | |

| For a shoot I did a few months back, we ran about 70 yards of extention cord from the the nearest electrical supply to a cabin deep in the woods in order to give power to our large fresnel lights. It was a pain to coil them all back up though.

| not to mention in was about -10 degrees (fehrenheit) outside. In case any one hasnt it experienced it, it is extremely difficult to wind up long lengths of extension cord when your fingers are unable to feel anything.
