better than articles, just buy a book on cinematography, it'll have great pictures and examples, and even some technical data.

here are the three I have,

Cinematography
Five C's of Cinematography
Cinematography

the first two i got when I was learning what the word cinematography meant. the third i got because it had better pictures and more up to date info. i still use them every once and again, although most of the time i refer to the "bible":

ASC Manual

but if you ever have questions about anything, feel free to ask. we get excited just talking about this stuff, and explaining it to people helps us gain a deeper understanding of the subject.

but i'm sure you already knew that. Smile

I don't have any money to buy 90 dollar books, but I am sure you already knew that.

But that's ok, I can afford to surf the internet and find great articles to get me started.

Thanks once again.
