Need Advice Regarding Boom Mic, Lighting

I'm going to be shooting a low budget sitcom pilot in the next few months. I have a camera (Panasonic PV-GS400) and a script, but I still need some equipment before I can really get started.

First off, I need a boom mic. I want something that will pick up voices and generally work for a sitcom's purposes. The sound doesn't have to be crystal clear, but the mic has to pick up the dialogue. Something under $150 would be preferable.

I also need lighting equipment. We will be shooting indoors at night time. I need lights that will illuminate without giving that overdone/soft/fuzzy look.

Any suggestions on a mic steup and/or lights would be greatly appreciated.
