All right folks, I've been doing a lot of internet research on how to build this helmet:
Unfortunately, I jsut started college, so its not like I have a lot of money to spend on vacuum forming, etc. Has anyone seen ANYTHING like this that is similar in shape that I can just modify to look like the picture? (Must be wearable)

Build? Hell, just go online and buy one. They DO make star wars helmets of like Vader and stuff.....and I myself was given one(boba fett) as a gift a few years back because I'm a trilogy freak. They were like 60 bucks back then, pretty sturdy, but I have no idea what they're cost is today.
Yeah, I could buy one . . . but I can never find JUST the helmet for sale, and I don't want some ghetto costume along with it.
Yes I am making a short Star wars fan film, but no it does not involve boba fett. Its totally different then any other fan film. Its going to be a "trailer" chronicling (sp?) the Mandalorian Wars and the birth of the Republic. Its just a fun side project when I can't work on my bigger projects.

Cool. When Episode 3 came out, I did my own Star Wars spoof involving Boba, and it aired on the local tv. Though I can say with much confidence that I was given the nerd stamp the rest of the year, and will never again attempt such a thing.
And congratulations for the exposure, every little bit helps!
