ok i want to know some of the best cameras to get for movies, budget is as high as the sky, well not like 10 thousand dollars, anyways,, what would be a REALLY good camera to get, name any,, im stuck with a P.O.S. and im sick and tired of it... HELP ME

I recommend the Sony PD150/170. If for once people would look past the orgasmic paper specs of that Panasonic and actually use the camera, you'd see that it's actually a really weak and poorly-built machine in comparison to a solid, professional Sony. It's not rugged, and the body design, placement of buttons, etc, is just awful. I've explained my reasoning in great detail in the past, and won't go into it again, but that's what I strongly believe, and I stand by that no matter what.

thank you 4 the clarification. By the way, would you recomend using the progressive scan feature? I have acess to the pd-100, but I can use cinelook too. Nice camera, pd150 too im sure.
