Sears is having a KILLER Sale on 500-Watt Lights AND Tripod (Each Light Includes a Tripod).

Normally 500 Watt Lights will run you anywhere from $9 to $25 alone, with a Tripod version costing AT LEAST $20. Hell you could resale these on ebay if you wanted.

Anyways, Sears has Tripod/500 Watt light for $9.99 until tommorrow (the it jumps back up to like $20 or $30). Shipping is cheap if your ordering several $67.50 for five lights shipped is incredible.

That said I've got a sears nearby so buying four right now and putting them on hold. Three or four of these baby's can pump out a hell of a lot of light Smile

500-Watt lights are your best friend when it comes to cheap, decent lighting.

Yah they sold out fast. I ordered online for in-store pickup $40 for 4-500 Watts Lights & Tripods, but got called and had to wait a couple days (fine since I was at univ anyway).

Came back and today went to pick them up, but again they were out. However they had 1,000 Watt Light Setups (2 * 500 Watt Lights), and they offered to just have me switch up to those since they were on special as well. However, I requested to talk to the manager who had called me not 48-hours earlire assuring me the lights would be in-stock, and so they comp'd me up to the 1,000 Watt Package Smile

So....4,000 Watts (8 Lights) for $42 after taxes. Hotness, with the lights we've already got in working order, 5,000 watts of light more then enough.

Just gotta grab some filters. Anyway, I'd suggest trying to check your local sears anyway to see if they've got more ofthe setups, the tripods are of fairly decent make and are fairly sturdy although a bit top-heavy for a windy day.
