Our production team is in search of a Best Boy Electric who can come in on Aug. 10th-12th and on the 15th. We'll be filming on location in Monterey Park (in East LA).

The log line of the film is: Marta, a female Hispanic drug runner is caught and sent to prison. While inside she must make a decision to kill a fellow inmate or risk losing her son who has been kidnapped on the outside.

The position is unpaid but it's a USC Graduate Film & Television Production MFA thesis film and we're using a Sony F3 camera, which hasn't hit the market yet. Our film is a "test run" for Sony. The Monterey Park location I mentioned is also an actual maximum security prison that was shut down for filming in 1997, so we're filming a prison movie in a real prison!
