Most preferably in the Orlando area. I've already posted on Greenroomorlando.com and Craigslist. Anyone know of better sites?

You can also try going a more direct route and trying actorsaccess.com (you're able to find phone numbers and YOU email them, etc) or mandy.com - both good sites for recruitment. Casting calls are a great way to bring fresh, new talent to your films that aren't your friends and have some experience.

Don't expect for all the people that send you an email to come out, as that's simply not the case.

You might get 5 people that actually come out out of 15 that apply. Don't sweat it - make good use of your time and be courteous and friendly to the people you meet. Before the actual audition date, have frequent correspondence...maybe even try speaking with them on the phone just to sort of solidify that you're serious about your film and ask if they have any questions/concerns.

For auditions, its a good idea that you have a waiting area with minimal refreshments (water/coffee/donuts) and maybe a member of your production team just to speak with them and encourage them while they wait.

Good luck and if you have any more questions on casting calls or auditions themselves, I'll try to help you out the best I can.
