| It was entertaining, which is all any Michael Bay movie can aspire to be... But, I really am kind of pissed off I had to pay to watch it seeing how it was so obviously a two hour long commercial for Puma, XBox, MSN, Cadillac, and Aquafina. Just to name a few. I can't wait to see which brand of gasoline my favorite Transformer prefers, I'll be sure to only use that brand because they were the company willing to give Michael Bay the most money. elliott...

| quote: because i think the only reason people are avoiding this movie is because of the name "Michael Bay"
I think your average movie-goer doesn't know who Michael Bay is. I'm really not one to make that judgment, though, as I don't have television and the only regular subjection to advertisement I suffer is looking at billboards. I think the low gross of this movie reflects that (a) the film industry has been faltering recently and probably won't see the same revenue it's known for awhile, and (b) audiences today seem to be only interested in remakes, for some reason. | | | | Posts: 598 | Location: Mobile, AL | Registered: May 10, 2005 |

| Yay remakes! Cmon, am I the only guy that thinks every original idea can be made better with large-breasted women in tight skimpy outfits? | | | |
