I saw Iron Man 2 at the cinema. Although enjoyable, I felt there was something lacking. Maybe if I watch it a second time it will grow on me.

My advice, If you watch a movie and are not100% certain that you liked it, watch it again at home without distractions or outside influences. Then decide. It works, believe me.

I took your advice and watched Iron Man 2 again at home and without all the pre release hype that was in the air I really did enjoy it more this time. Still think the original was better, but it was fun. Loved the whole GP scene.

Watched Grindhouse last night on Blu-ray and WTF? What happened to the Lossless audio. Dolby Digital on a BD, hell no. As for the feature tho, excellent. Love this movie. Hopefully Kill Bill, the Whole Bloody Affair will arrive shortly.

Blind bought Gattaca yesterday so looking forward to finally watching it. For some reason I never got round to watching it.

Great movie, very bittersweet ending. They both find peace but at the ultimate cost. Must watch it again soon.

Going to watch "The Town" this Thursday. Heard nothing but great things about this Affleck directed movie. Hope it lives up to the hype. Will give my impressions Friday.

The Town was phenomenal, worthy of all the hype. Ben Affleck did himself proud. Easily my favorite movie of 2010 after Inception. If it is still showing where you are, take my advice and go see it.

I missed out on The Town as I was wary of watching yet another Ben Affleck movie. I give it a whirl when it comes out on Blu-ray. Wont bother netflicking it as they have 4 week delays on all their stuff now. PITA.

My favorite genres are drama and suspense. Oftentimes they are more down to Earth, although you can go over the top with either one.

Even through "thriller" and "suspense" mean pretty much the same thing, I like the word "suspense" better because it reminds me of Hitchcock and the "serious" movies he used to make.

Nowadays, I think that Hollywood produces too many thrillers that neither surprises nor amazes me, so I don't watch them at all. But they are part of the market that makes this industry move, so I'm glad they exist.
