Did anyone else try going to the film's website? I just get this weird menu with 4 different "views" and they show these strange pictures that look like lava lamps.
Apparently it got booed at the Venice Film Festival according to IMDB. people were left confused. I hope it was just the people who misunderstood the plot. I really want to like this

I remember when the critics in my country, gave one star to a african film called "hero". A couple months later, the same film won the award for best movie in sundance. Critics hate Darren Aronofsky, no big deal. I thought Requiem was nice btw.

Actually Evan according to IMDB (which is God) Instead of using CGI, Aronofsky chose to do the special effects for the film by using micro-photography of chemical reactions on tiny petri dishes
