I really loved this movie. It's from the period of New German Cinema 60's - 70's and highly influenced by the American gangster films such as the noirs. I really enjoy it.

I just finished up taking a New German Cinema class and it was well worth it. People always talk about French and Italian Cinema. The Germans did not let up after German Expressionism.

My review of it would be inspirational.
