Has anyone seen this? It's produced by John Sayles and lifelong girlfriend using their own money.
The story is about a man running for governor in Colorado and the corruption involved. It draws clear parallels to current prez Bush. ...and I would say it very much is a political satire. But, no matter what your politics are, if you enjoy Sayles' style, you'll enjoy this film. It does run off track, plot-wise, in the middle of the film, but the excelent acting (from Maria Bello, Chris Cooper, Richard Dreyfuss, Miguel Ferrer and Daryl Hannah among others) and great dialog saved the film. I thought it was very entertaining (especially if you're to the left), but by no means a masterpiece.
