yeah im not gonna hide it, i enjoyed the hell out of Bad Boys II. it was long, stupid, and cliched ,but you know what? to me, when an action movie thrills, its accomplished its mission. i might get a lot of **** for posting this but i already reserved my copy (rumor has it, its on a 2 disc dvd with behind the scenes breakdown of the miami freeway scene...and you know that car chase was awesome!). and hey, didnt it have some awesome cinematography? that shootout at the Haitians house with that CG composite dolly shot? ahhhh man. Big Grin

bad boys 2 has been the best action film of the year so far. MUCH better than reloaded (i was bored during their so-called "revolutionary" chase) and T3 was cool, but not like BBII

I liked it, but the bodies falling out of the back of the car made me feel sick. escpecailly when the bodies were being run over, and one of the heads came off. I didn't throw up. . . I just felt queezy. Good movie though. Disturbing, but good.

The whole sick humor of it all added to its originality. I know it sounds morbid but when the bodies were fallin off the truck i never laughed so hard in my life! I think it has something to do with the whole eminem style. Taking something that isnt suppossed to be laughed at and somehow makin it hilarious. I loved this movie and u better believe I will be buying it the day it comes out!! It got so many bad reviews, but when i saw it i couldnt figure out why anyone WOULDNT like it ( for what it was of course ) Yeah but im with you man it ROCKED!

any particular reason you didnt like it? i mean from the topic title "Bad Boys II on the 9th!" one probably would assume this is a pro Bad Boys II topic, not one where we debate its quality, but rather for those who are excited about it to speak their minds. but i mean if you're gonna do it, can we have a reason?

Oh. . . it was original alright, and I can see how the bodies falling out of the car was supposed to be funny. It all depends on your tastes.

Both Bad Boys films were very entertaining. I liked them.

And anybody who says the films are too violent needs to remind themselves of what a good action movie is.

I'd say the most violent thing that i've personally seen recently would be Evil Dead. It's so violent it's ridiculous...specially for a '79 film.

Evil Dead is pretty violent, but a lot of the special FX look pretty corny....but still a violent film.

Michael Bay kicks ass, then gets Bruce Willis to kick ass then Nic Cage and even martin lawrence (what a loser) kick ass...then, when we thought it was over, michael bay kicks more ass.
