I think Scary Movie 3 has major funny potential because Brian Lynch is the real head writer of the movie, even though he's not getting any credit because of some thing with the union. He didn't write the first draft, but he revised it HEAVILY. If you don't know Brian Lynch, he's one of the people that works with Kevin Smith all the time. He writes funny funny comics. Funny guy.
