Wow! Stunning. Shocking. Makes me glad I don't have any teenage sisters or daughters. Holly Hunter was very good. Although there wasn't a very strong storyline, the strong charachter arc made story less important to me.
Anyone else see it?

yeah, it is very dark. And yes, there were a few moments where I felt a little strange, by myself on a lunch break, seeing a film about thriteen year old females with an audience that was almost completely mothers and daughters--I was one of four males there. But, I think it's an important film to see. It almost follows the osbornes in presenting new ideas of the typical american family.
I didn't realize this until recently, but it was shot on 16mm to save money. I had to look it up because the print I saw looked very grainy.
