Alright, I'm gonna take it that this will be the board to discuss and not just kind of a plug for it, so here goes.
My god it rocked. I so wasn't expecting what this intended to do. Sadly, I can't think of anything else that has moved me more than the Animatrix.
Even though some were better than the others, all nine stories rocked which is rare for a collection of shorts. If you watch this in the dark with an open mind you might be moved too.

i've seen a few of them, namely the final fight of the osiris. it really looks intersting. just waiting a few more days till i can rent the dvd and feed my matrix fix for a little while longer. i did like that the guy who does cowboy bebop made two of the nine episodes.
