Submissions are now being accepted for the Summer 2004 Mini-Cinema Film Festival, sponsored by IWC Films and The Book N Bean. The festival takes place twice a year in Fairmont, West Virginia at the Book N Bean house of coffee.

This time around, we're trying something new and having a multi-day festival with both features and shorts, so both shorts and features are being accepted.
