The Contemporary Arts Museum Houston is accepting submissions from Texas teen filmmakers for our 3rd Annual "Wallpaper Film and Video Festival". The Festival will be held March 10th and submissions are DUE MARCH 3rd. There is NO submission fee.

We are accepting all film and video less than 8 minutes in all categories and genres (from comedy and documentary to animation and commercials). Work must not contain profanity, nudity, or drug use. We hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to screen your work at a major American Museum to an audience of your peers and art enthusiasts. The festival is an important forum for unique teen voices.
