Notice to all aspiring film-makers out there! If you have made a short film which you think should be showcased on a wider audience and International platform, then Sixteen:Nine International Film Festival, India is the place to be.
Sixteen:Nine is a student’s film festival organized yearly by the students of Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Management, Mumbai. Sixteen:Nine is currently in its third year and has had entries from over 30 countries from across the globe.

Registrations for short films at sixteen:nine International Film Festival are officially open!!! To register, fill in the online form at www.16isto9.com, download the offline form and send it along with your entry to the address mentioned. (see : contact us). Once you have registered online, we will mail you a registration code which you must write down on your offline form

A few things that you should know while sending your entries:

1. A copy of the student identity proof of the current academics year must be sent,
2. More than one entry can be submitted
3. Each entry has to have an official entry form (photograph to be attached)
4. The festival does not take responsibility of any damage done to any materials sent.
5. Only VCD and DVD format will be accepted, entries in any other format will be disqualified.
6. At least 1 duplicate copy of the entry should be submitted along with the original.
7. All entries should have the given registration code written on the CD's
8. The festival is permitted to retain videotape or DVD copies of each file selected, or part of our festival library.
9. Titles produced in languages other than english must have legible english subtitles.
10.The films should not hurt religious, cultural or racial sentiment
11. The film should not contain any offensive language.
12. The film should not have any sexual or explicit content.
13. The entrant will have to bear all the SHIPPING COSTS involving any material sent to the festival.
14. All filmaker will be notificed regarding nominations via e-mail
15. The selection committees' and juries' decison are final.

So, go on...get your creativity rolling. Bring out the filmmaker in you and tell the world your story!
