In the spirit of procrastination the 2007 10 or Less Film Festival has extended its regular deadline to July 15th and it's late deadline (late fees apply) to July 31st! Held in October in Portland, Oregon, 10 Fest celebrates the ADD side of moviemaking, with all films running 10 minutes or less.
