All genres accepted: fiction, documentary, music, experimental, animation,
etc.
Videos must be received by November 14(may be extended), be no more than fifteen minutes in
length and be made after September of 2002

The Festival will be held in January at the prestigious Pacific Film Archive
in Berkeley!!!
