The Johnstown Film Festival is issuing a call for entries for its fifth annual event. The festival is a film shorts competition; any original film that is 30 minutes or shorter is eligible. Cash awards for first, second and third places, as well as a youth award open to filmmakers 18 and under. Deadline is March 15, and the festival takes place June 16-19, 2010.
