Hello Everyone.

I am doing intesive studying on "How to create real/believable/authentic characters in the screenplay"

I need some help with finding recourses, like Ebooks, that will explain a lot about character/archytype/protagonist types/antagonists/supporting antagonists/ stock characters etc.

What Websites or Ebooks are the best to use for research on Protagonist-types/ Antagonist-Types/ Archetypes/ Stock characters and creating believable characters ?

consider using "Hero with a Thousand Faces" by Joseph Campbell it is about the Hero's Journey. Very good book, even if it doesnt help. George Lucas used it.

Also this book might help, it is from the chair of UCLA scriptwriting. http://www.amazon.com/Write-Sc...id=1319234259&sr=8-1
