Alexa.com is a division of Amazon that ranks websites. It ranks them on traffic based on how many people who browse to sites with the Alexa toolbar installed into Internet Explorer (PC only). I don't know what percentage of the web that is...but it is still pretty neat.

As far as some of the negative points in the reviews - coincidentally the biggest complaint about Studentfilms.com is the review system. It's something we're working on though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the guy who gave Studentfilms a 1 star said "its not worth paying 10 a month", meaning 10 dollars a month, when in fact the fee is 10 dollars a year for a film under 10 minutes? Dude should know his facts if he's going to bash.

That negative review also says "...the forum is biased towards those people who moderate it know. Avoid it."

It really annoys me that someone would say that. It's a lie and is a completely unreasonable thing to say. Clearly, whoever this person is, they're one of those people who just likes pissing off others for their own enjoyment. It makes them feel powerful or something. Hopefully they'll grow up someday.
