Welcome to Studentfilms.com, the online film discussion forum for filmmakers and students who are applying to film school,
attending film school, need advice on making films, or just want to share their films with the world.
I'm looking for some good artists out there who'd be willing to help design the new Studentfilms.com
t-shirt.
The design of the T-shirt which will be white should be something like this:
Front: "Studentfilms.com"
on front
Back: What I had in mind was a drawing of a filmmaker facing forward and the image is mainly comprised of
his hands held out infront of him/her as they hold out their fingers making the "film frame". So it would be a drawing of
hands in the "film frame" position and the filmmaker looking between it.
That's my idea for the drawing on the back.
Hard to explain with text - but hey I can't draw.

Yeah that's exactly what I mean. I'd draw it myself but I'm not
quite the artiste.
Is there a deadline you want this by? I have a good idea, but I'll need, like two weeks to get it perfect.

Would
like to take a photo of a girl doing the finger thing for the back. So I'll have to get back to you on that one.
Edit:
just found your swag page so is the t-shirt to be black or white? I couldn't tell from your line, "the design of the
T-shirt which will be white".
Black yea.

lol! that's hilarious. I like how the dancers and handcuffs came out of nowhere.
The "Ultimate resource" subtitle
is impossible to read--and I don't think the gothic look is what we're going for here. But neat all the same, I guess.
Hey Ben just watched all of your films a few hours ago, pretty cool. I enjoyed em alot.
Yea my design is a bit goth
in'it. I did more than 10 versions and this is the one I'd wear. I'd like to try again in a few days. Too many fonts to
pick, I tell you.
Well I'll leave it for now, gotta catch up with a zillion other errands.
Thanks guys for all
the comments.

I can ask my brother, who is a freakishly good artist, if he would be willing to do one. It'd be in vector format too, cause
he has a graphics tablet. Worth a shot.
