Just wondering who else is applying this year and anyone who cares to discuss fsu film school. Im applying as a transfer and am extremely nervous about my application, I really hope they like my statement of purpose and resume.

I've applied too. I'm just nerve racked to be waiting until March to basically hear anything.

i applied as well. i know it's a SERIOUSLY competitive school, and though it's my number one choice, i do know i have some serious odds against me. but hey! gotta stay positive.

has anyone heard about interviews yet?

I haven't heard anything yet... and this is the time they do it

Yeah, I actually emailed the assistant to the dean and she said they wouldn't be calling transfer applicants for interviews until the end of february sadly, so that means more agonizing waiting.

i confirmed the morning session for Feb 25

I decided that was too early for me so I'm going the March 5th date. I just hope I don't seem un committed by choosing a later date.

I'm sure it's fine! I'm going March 6th, but I'm from New England so I'm using the extra time to arrange travel plans.

It went well, and I'm super sorry but I'm not really allowed to talk about it.
Don't be worried though it's much more friendly than you would imagine
