Gotta be honest with ya, man...this is not the ideal transfer situation. Let me tell you why:
1. You have 100 credits so far...that's a huge amount to transfer, and a lot of them probably won't transfer over, especially considering you probably got the idea of transferring pretty late in the game. That's probably the biggest hindering factor here, by far, unless you're willing to put in extra college years and a good chunk of extra money...assuming they even ALLOW transfer students past the two-year hurdle.
2. Yes, for all those schools, SAT scores are required, and yours are...decent...but not optimal for schools of that caliber. And I highly doubt you can retake the SATs this late in your college career.
3. Your GPA is pretty nice, but I imagine you'd have to be on Dean's List or something to be a primary transfer candidate.
4. Your high school GPA is worrisome, and that could be a big hindering factor...although maybe not so much, if you have lots of other qualifying factors. It depends, I guess.
My recommendation? Suck it up and finish CSU, then apply wherever you want for grad school. The atmosphere may suck, I sympathize with you there, but you've been there for so long, and you must have so many ties there, that it makes a lot more sense to blaze through your last year and move on, instead of transferring to a pie-in-the-sky film school with small chance of meeting very many new friends and even smaller chance of graduating in a year.
