Emerson Application Video

Quick question on the actual limitations on the Emerson application video, it states that the video you upload to their site must be under 5 minutes and under 20 mb, how is that even possible?. If I were to send in even a decent resolution video that was 5 minutes it would well above 20 mb. Just checking if anyone who has done this can explain what they did for their clip.

it's possible. I used Sony Vegas to export mine into a .wmv and it turned out about 17mb. You just have to turn down the video or audio quality to a point where it will be below 20mb but not too below to where it will be terrible. It takes a couple trails of rendering different qualities and such in order to manage a decent quality file below 20mb.

I also thought the 20 mb limit was very low. Icouldn't find a way around it so I had to use about a minute and a half of a short 8 minute movie I made. No big deal in the end but I do think they should raise the mb limit to at least 50.
