Temple Vs. SVA

Alright so I need some advice.
About a month ago I was accepted to Temple for film after not hearing back from SVA I assumed I just didn't get in. This morning I got my acceptance letter from SVA. I already put my deposit in for Temple, but now I'm having second thoughts because SVA was my top choice. I need help making a decision. What would be better? People who go to Temple or SVA any advice?... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's some maybe helpful information..
I'm from New York and know the city pretty well.
I've never been to Philly and from what I have heard the area around Temple is horrible which kinda scares me.
I'm a transfer student.
Temple accepted more credits from the college I attend now than SVA.
I would probably save a lot more money going to Temple.

This is actually stressing me out ahah. Any help or advice would help a lot.

Thanks!!

By all means, take whatever advice I give you with a grain of salt, since I lack a person acquaintance with BOTH of these schools. My knowledge of them is based entirely on internet research. And in my research when looking into schools to apply to, I was far more impressed with SVA's program than with Temple's. I didn't even apply to Temple, I was just totally unimpressed with the things I read about their program. SVA, on the other hand, looked really attractive, and I was actually pretty sure I would accept their offer, until I got accepted into NYU (which is where I will be going this fall).

So, if you ask me, SVA will give you a far more rich and productive film school experience - be it the art school environment, New York City, the impressive list of alumni and staff, the facilities and equipment they offer, etc. But again, this is based entirely on internet research and not at all on personal experience.

Hope this helped and didn't just confuse you more!
