What UC schools offer a Bachelor's in FILM PRODUCTION

All I could find was UCLA and BERKELY(but they cover heavily in theory).

Berkeley doesn't have a production program at all. They offer one intro to production course through the communications department and one screenwriting course. Everything else is theory. If you want true production from a UC, UCLA is pretty much it. UC Santa Cruz has a video production program, but it's not fully developed yet.

If you're willing to look at CSUs, consider Long Beach and Northridge.
