Hi, I'm a communications major looking to transfer to a film school. I'm finishing my second year in May. Is it to late to transfer to a 4 year film school?

Unfortunately yes. Applications for some schools started in January through April 1st for transfers. If you are willing though, you can try to transfer next year, but it will be a 2 year program still.
