As a senior applying for colleges, I find myself constantly torn between whether to pursue film or not. I originally wanted to make films since I was fourteen, but my parents didnt approve. Which bummed me out a lot. So im applying to most of my colleges as an Architecture major and business. But I am also a cineaste and am going to apply to NYU tisch. I couldnt apply to USC as film because the deadline is on Dec 1st. If I would have started earlier, I could have made the 10 min short, but a month and a half is no time to write, direct, and cast and make the finished product its best. Did anyone either write a screenplay or creative writing or send photographs of other mediums to NYU and were accepted?
