School of Visual Arts is one of the schools I want to apply. But when I looked into filmmaker.com I found so many negative comments on it that bothered me. Is SVA that bad?

And I also surprisedly found many favorable comments about Los Angeles City College. I knew little about this school. How is the program there?

Any infomation would be helpful.
