There's a great way to browse the forums that I'm now sure everyone knows about - and thats the "New Since Your Last Visit" option.

Go to the find menu and choose: "New Since Your Last Visit"

It will do exactly what it sounds like and show you all the recent posts since the last time you were on the forums.

You can even bookmark the page and you can access it anytime for the most recent topics from your browser's bookmarks menu.
