Do people think putting everything in the Filmmaking section of the forums under the General Filmmaking Discussion is a bad idea?

It might actually be a pretty good one.

Who knows. The other forums aren't used as much - but they are certainly used.

i think its fine. just make one filmmaking board and roll them all into that.

I think its a bad idea to make 1 forum,
because all the forums get used and its easy to find a topic this way.

Realize that if you delete the other forums, new topics will last very short. Because topics getting down faster because everyone is posting topics and replies in the same forum.
So i really think it would be much harder to get your topic seen, or to find one.

Personally I kind of like having lots of different forums all spread out, so I would recommend not condensing it too much. Having said that though,I'm sure I would adjust to any change you made with little difficulty.
It's your site, do what you want. Big Grin
