I am an independent artist well credited by the New York Times. My music goes through many genres ranging from Jazz to Indie Rock to Electro-pop. I'm looking to introduce my music to a range of different audiences.

Here is a link to check out a little of my music. I would advise to listen to every track as each one is totally different from the other.

Also since you will have access to this info anyway once on my page here are the links to my projects.

Hey Leron,
My name is Jeff Moneo. In the fall, I will begin my Film MFA at Columbia University. Currently, I am finishing a short film and looking for music. The film, "Cherry Blossom Season", was shot in six different countries (Japan, Thailand, Egypt, Russia, Peru and Canada) on super8mm film. The film is comprised of seven vignettes each of which examine a different aspect of love. The music that I am looking for in particular is for the end of Russia sequence. To set the scene for you, a woman has spent the night clubbing by herself after being stood up. In the harsh light of the early morning, she wanders the streets of Moscow still filled with alcohol and loneliness. Right now, I am using temp music for this portion of the film, Miles Davis' "Blue in Green". Obviously, I cannot afford to license any Miles music. I listened to your sound clips on the various links and I think "In the Silence", "When Zelda..." and "Distractions" are all similar in tone, but not quite what I am looking for. Do you have any other tracks that are similar to "Blue in Green"? What I am looking for is sad, minimal trumpet based music that would be a fitting soundtrack to the dreaded sunday morning comedown. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Just eavesdropping here, but...

jackjesus, that sounds like such a cool experience! Could I ask how you managed to finance the film and all the travelling?
