I am currently in the process of filming a short and find my self in need of some music for the piece. however I am working on time constraints which makes it difficult to wait to find music for the short. So I am looking for any composers who would like to collaborate on this piece. I am on a very tight budget for this film so I can only offer credit. The time frame I am looking at is it is to be screened on the 9th of December. I will be done filming in the next couple of days and with editing does not give me a great deal of time. The film is a dark film noir with a approx. length of 4 minutes. It is dark but features a decent amount of action including choreographed fighting. Just to give a idea of what styles may fit best.
Thanks in advance for anyone who is a glutton for punishment,

I would be very interested in working with you on this project. My name is Justin Cox, I am a twenty year-old orchestral film composer from Texas. I am fairly accustomed to time crunches, and I enjoy writing dark music. I am extremely easy to work with: you send me the film, I send you the music...no syncing involved. I do not request to be paid for your film; my name in the credits is good enough for me at this point.
Check out some of my pieces on my website and let me know if you would be interested in me working with you on this project, and perhaps even future projects.
If you're interested, just e-mail me and let me know and we can work on the specifics.
I am an aspiring film composer looking to score the music in an independent film to build my portfolio. I have previous experience in arranging and composing including in my college band. I have studied band and choral arranging and also composition. I am a highly organized and experienced musician that has studied film composers and their writing styles. I am willing to work on your project for no money just a chance to get my name of the credits and a copy of the film.
