My songwriting partner and I are professional songwriters with published works. Our work appears on Dateline NBC and Travel America, for example.

We are looking to collaborate with someone who can produce a video for one of our songs. The objective is to produce a professional quality video to showcase the song on U Tube. The ultimate goal is to get wide exposure for the song and for the video.

While there is no pay involved, it is an opportunity to work with professional songwriters and to get some exposure.

Professional and Published and still unable/unwilling to pay, hmm something doesn't add up. You would have got farther with "struggling songwriters looking for creative filmmakers" Don't try to grease people with the "great opportunity" angle, it's a crock of shizz.
