Hey,

I'm living in Ireland and am wonder what general route is taken by those living in the US who want to work in any of the marketing departments of the big movie production companies (Universal, WB, Paramount etc.).

Do these companies have graduate programs where people can apply and work for them straight after they finish college, or is it a case of working your way up in the organisation.

Sounds interesting many of job seekers must have to think about it
