I am the junior at a non-profit organisation for public programmes, regularly set time consuming tasks such as acquiring unusual props for an unreasonable budget, etc.

Now have been set the task of acquiring permission to screen a number of films for a one-off (FREE) event.

I hope this is okay to post here, but advice anyone?

Edit: Examples of films Carry On Screaming, Nosferatu (both 1922 F. W. Murnau and Herzog's starring Klaus Kinski). 7 in total, for a sleep over Dracula themed night in the gallery.
