yes. but you need a special plug in that has the DVE

QuickTime pro has some basic old film effects, so when you encode, look at the filters availible. There's choices for 1950's color, scratches, hairs, etc., but they're not very professionally done. Depends how serious you want it. Also it won't mask it for you as if it were projected.
