Hi, I'm an award-winning composer looking to collaborate with the next generation of great filmmakers. Think Hitchcock/Hermann, Burton/Elfman, Spielberg/Williams, it seems every great director has an aural counterpart. If you think you have a picture that's worthy of attention, let's talk. Budget is not an obstacle.
I also have launched an online store that features royalty free music for picture. You can listen and download at http://300monks.com.
thanks and good luck with your "baby."

I actually just found a website for the very purpose of allowing anyone to commission high-quality music composition, to their specifications, for any project they have in mind. It is here:
It seems like it could definitely pay off, both creatively and financially, to commission music instead of paying a licensing company; here’s a site where you can get a direct connection with the artist who wrote the song in your movie, because he wrote it for the movie. Thoughts?
Thanks, -PhD
