USC: accepted Northwestern: accepted UCLA: interview pending (whenever they get around to scheduling me!) UT-Austin's Michener Center: denied.
I'm going wherever I can get the best deal. I'm crazy enough to hope for an Annenberg at USC. Otherwise the tuition seems ridiculously exorbitant, especially for an out-of-stater. Oh, but the prestige!

Northwestern University MFA in Writing for Screen in Stage-Accepted-03/07/2010
Ohio University-Rejected 03/19/2010
I'll be honest I don't even care. It was at the bottom of my list of schools I applied to.
Chapman University- MFA in TV and Film Producing -(no word yet)
Columbia University-MFA in Creative Producing (No word yet and no interview)
It's unlikely that I will get into Columbia (since I didn’t receive and interview), but I'm still holding out hope. I feel real honored and lucky to have gotten into Northwestern. I really like their approach to writing and think they are on to something. The only other school I'm considering is Chapman University.

Is that true? If I get into UCLA (I interview on Saturday), I'm going to need more information about that.
I believe it's true. But you may also want to consider the recent troubles California has been having with Higher Education. They are raising Tuition by 14% in the fall 2010 and it's expected to rise again for fall 2011. They way things are going UCLA and other state California schools will be on par with the USC, COLUMBIA's and NYU's.
