Your GPA really doesn't matter too much for Film school. Most schools will base their decision more on the quality of your portfolio, supplementary materials (i.e. statement of purpose, and any essays you're asked you to write), and your interview (if they interview) than on you GPA or GRE scores.

It's not that your GPA doesn't matter, it depends a lot on the school. Many of the schools don't ask for GRE scores, but some do. Just do everything to the best of your ability. And also a 3.6 is a decent enough of a GPA anyway.

I agree with everything that has already been said. The only other thing I'd recommend is taking a screenwriting, film studies, or production course as an elective. Prior experience isn't required but it may help you decide if you don't know already what discipline you want to go in.

Great Advice everyone, I couldn't agree more. But I think we all know a 3.6 GPA is descent, so please stop bragging. I just hate it when people need reassurance all the time. A 3.6 GPA too low?? Like really?? Please man!
